Happy New Year! I hope you had an amazing Christmas and New Year and you’re all ready and hopeful for a brand new year!
It’s a gorgeous (but cold) sunny day as I write this, with bright blue skies – I hope it continues, as the weather at this time of year really makes a big difference to my mood. It’s making me very excited for spring, although I know we have a while to go yet!
I’m not particularly bothered about making new year’s resolutions or anything like that, but I do see January as a bit of a fresh start, and I’m determined to look after myself more again, with regular exercise and healthy eating. I’m feeling rather sluggish after all of the food and drink I consumed over Christmas so it’s the right time for me to make more time for exercise and get back to feeling healthier again.
