Hello and welcome to The Way Up; a health and lifestyle blog written by me, Lou.

The Way Up shares tips and ideas for incorporating healthy ways into your everyday life and hopes to encourage you to move your body in fun ways, without it seeming like a chore or having to completely change the way you live.

I love finding natural remedies or products that can help with my health in a more natural way and help me to live a more balanced life. But, I usually go to bed too late and I drink too much wine, and too many gin and tonics. I also take lots of supplements, drink a lot of water, eat coconut oil, drink lemon water, and make my own healthy chocolate sometimes.

So, for me, it is all about balance.
